Made by female artisans from the Otomi Indigenous community in central Mexico, these adorable, one-of-a-kind non-medical cloth masks will help you socially distance in style while supporting a women-owned business preserving their artistic traditions.

Safe and Comfortable

The masks have 3 layers: 2 cotton and an inner fibre filter. The ultra-soft cotton allows for a comfortable and breathable fit, while the inner fibre layer filters unwanted particles. 

Each mask is 4 inches tall by 6 inches wide.

Your purchase of every hand-embroidered Textil Otomi piece, whether it is a face mask, pillowcase or headband, provides direct support to the members of the cooperative who craft each piece with traditional techniques that have been passed down over generations. 

A quick note on one-of-a-kind pieces

Each mask is made for you by an expert embroiderer, using her unique talents and time. This means that some may have peacocks and straps that go behind your head, and others may have jackalopes and straps that go around your ears. Every design is unique and different, and all are beautifully one-of-a-kind, and made with love for you!
